At Blossomin’, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and typically take 1-2 working days to reach you. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our delivery options in the future.
For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all orders. Upon placing an order, we will email you a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please refer to the tracking information first, and then feel free to contact us via email for further assistance. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, we will refund you or resend your garment to ensure that you receive your purchase.
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 3-4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All our products are eligible for free returns and exchanges, no questions asked. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept items that have been damaged, worn, or washed after purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@blossominclothing.com and fill out our Return & Refund Request Form. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email). Once you contact us and submit the form, we will arrange the most convenient return option for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. (Please note that exchanges can only be made for items of the same price as the one you wish to exchange. Your exchange will be done completely free of charge. However, if you want to exchange a second time, the delivery fee will be charged.)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
